Stage 1

• In groups of tree, choose an invention or a technological innovation (an eco-car, a home robot, a solar house, a trip to a space station, etc.) and find information about it.
• Write a description of your invention or innovation mentioning main parts, characteristics and the instructions for using it.

Stage 2

Based on your research, write the advantages and disadvantages of the invention or technological innovation you chose. 

Example:

• Thanks to eco-cars, people won't have to spend money on gasoline.
• Unfortunately, some eco-cars will be very slow.

Stage 3

• Include your own predictions about your invention or innovation.  Use The future with Will (predictions)
• Show a draft of your paper to your teacher and follow his suggestions to improve it.
